A small/medium sized multi-residential development; designed by MJA Studio and developed by Fabric. The street presence with the concrete facade works a treat. Especially first thing in the morning.
This one has spread like wildfire and rightly so. A pleasure to photograph this addition in East Fremantle.

Congratulations to Matt Del Roy Carr Architects (MDRC Architects) for taking out a commendation at the recent WA Architecture Awards 2020. In the category of Alterations and Additions this home was lovely to shoot. The use of wood throughout and natural lighting brought in through an epic kitchen skylight. Building done by Bruce Construction Design. It’s always good to work with young architects (along with their clients) willing to take risks on residential projects which makes them stand out. Well done Matt and the team.
The Dalgety Residence was photographed for Darklight Design with the styling help from Sam Tatulli. We completed the main interior photography throughout the home and also obtained some external images. Soft light and beautiful interior finishes made this project a nice one. Styling on point and great building design from the team at Darklight Design.
